When does muva. launch in the UAE?

Where do you deliver?

We deliver across all UAE emirates. Free delivery on orders over AED 300. GCC delivery (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman) available at launch.

How long does delivery take?

All orders are dispatched same day from our UAE fulfilment centre. Delivery within 1–3 business days across UAE.

What are the bag prices?

Bags start from AED 245. Our hero bags (Luna Arch, Machi series, Boxy Barrel) range from AED 550–750. Charms start from AED 135.

What are muva. bag charms?

Every muva. bag is a canvas. A charm is the detail that makes it unmistakably yours — from coffee cups to elephants to painted landscapes. Clip on, swap, collect.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and cash on delivery across UAE.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Contact hello@muva.ae to arrange.
